ESAE University Benin Republic is fully licensed and legally recognized by the government of the Republic of Bénin and all programs offered are accredited. It is also acknowledged in Nigeria and the West Africa sub-region.

The accreditation requirements stipulated by the Republic of Bénin dictate that an institution of higher learning must first operate for at least two to three years before receiving full accreditation.
